If we extend the period to one week, then almost every single plant that I can reasonably expect to flower this year that isn't done already has done so. Like this kangaroo paw, which I expect to BLOW THE MINDS of people who haven't seen them before. It's a pretty unique flower.

That is one cool picture! I love it. The colour is gorgeous.
That's neat! I've never seen a kangaroo paw open like that. I've only seen it closed -- just the buds -- sometimes included in flower bouquets. I love the contrast of the green and red. Beautiful!
Mind officially blown - cool plant. I've actually seen the buds closed, but never opened like that.
